I did my research online like many other people who are members of this forum. Worked with Paragon, with Wallington Columbus Heights and realized that I don’t need big property. I have visited Costa Rica in January 2006, met Bob and Jeff, looked at the property (from outside of the fence) and back in March of 2006 I have signed contract with CostaRica Ltd. to purchase Lot #25 in new development. Month later but right before they started construction I have realized that I will not get the view I was looking forward to get and I contacted Bob with the request to change the lot. With no hesitation he agreed to make change and provided me with few choices of lots on a hill. The most impressive was the fact that he agreed to keep the same price though lots on elevation costs more money. The house I have purchased is in the build process and I believe that they have roof up already. I am in no rush with the house and delays if any will not anger me. People make choices in their life. To be the first could be dangerous or could be rewarding. So far I know that prices went up and today I would not get the same thing for the price I paid. When all houses are ready in few years’ people will pay much more to get in. Or, to make you feel good much less. Good luck.
As much as I know about MS medications, they have to be refrigerated all the time. In USA most of the time if they being shipped, pharmacy will include dry ice into the box. No ice will help for parcel to Costa Rica. Are you on Avonex, Rebif or what? All MS medications are injections.

People who were able to afford traveling to CR in the past will be able to afford it in the future. People with no moneydon’t travel. Higher oil prices in USA will bring prices up on everything and live in USA will become more expensive. Even with the prices going higher in CR the living will still be cheaper in CR and people will be moving from USA even faster.

how did you find him? I am buying lot from him in Hills of Esterillos. What lot # are you going to purchase. Could be next to each other.What home model did you like?

I am not looking to get land to take care of the grass. I have plenty work at my New York house (Lawn,Shrubs,Trees). I am looking for the place where I will enjoy life (at least couple of months per year). It is not nessesary to have many acres of land to do it. I like people and will be happy to see them, talk to them. I dont need to grow anything. Vegetables and fruits will buy at the market. I am going to purchase house in Hills of Esterillos. Very close to finish the deal. If you like can provide you with more details

Hey, on another note. I know that you are near by. Did you see any movements on new Hills Of Esterillos development? Did they start any work yet?
I did not purchase anything yet but soon will go into the contract with CostaRica Ltd on property in Hills of Esterillios.
The reason why I am looking in Jaco is because property is near by and if I have question on what is going on with construction, attorney can stop by the site and check it for me. It will be more problems with attorney in San Jose to do it.
