COSTA RICA WILL CHANGE CURRENCIES
IT WILL BE CALLED THE AMERO–OR MAYBE THE BANCOR
Already Costa Rica is adopting changes through Cafta
Every new business has to be wheelchair accessible—including old 2 story+ buildings—NO ELEVATOR= BIG PROBLEMS
and people who have farms here (for decades) are now being asked for enviromental impact studies for their cattle farms
There are thorough airport checks–because terrorism is such a major threat in Costa Rica
And because CR was labeled a ^potential money laundering destination^, every deposit now has to be tracked, explained, accounted for etc.
FreeDumb, merican style. Yep. No “A”, in anything.

If the system wasn’t so nasty and screwed up, there would not be such a thing as a squatter. But so many people are dispossessed of their energy and so much of the resources have been corralled by a greedy few, that the rest of us are forced to compete with each other for all the basics of life.

I would do what I had to to remove anyone from land which I purchased for my use. That does not detract from the truth of the matter that possession of land is an absurd concept which we are all forced to engage.
Much of the ‘land’ in the world has been stolen by force and genocide.
The latest has been the clowns in IsNtReal and their real estate theft.
Before it was Brit genocide against native #Americans#, now referred to as “Meskinz”
Before that it was a Nazi named Cristopher Columbus who took disease and famine to “the west”.
once the sheep figure that out ? They’ll understand being led to slaughter.
I refer NOT to concentration camps or non-existent ovens.
I refer to thi$

Waste of ammo and a chance of ballistics. I prefer a Fallkniven Odin. Wear gloves so you don’t get any slime on you.

Look up Vanessa Calvo Gonzalez.
She’s the only attorney to ask that question.
The vast majority of “attorneys” here have about as much ability as most of the “mechanics”.
” Si no problem mang. Me fixy”
She lawyered in Florida and Kalifornication for about 10 years before coming back here.
All her firm does is investment transactions.

The US is history.
If CR goes to another currency it’ll probably be the Yuan.
The Chinese will own this place, soon enough.

My advice. Plan on NEVER leaving your property unattended.
Nearly everyone I know has been ripped off. Ticos and gringos alike.
Due to the lack of law enforcement and the inability for teachers to ” correct” them, there are many youth in this country that are raging idiots. They use the $500 rule to their advantage.

My gate is closed during the day. If I want to buy something, I’ll call someone.
I leave it open at night in search of “adventure”8)
If you want to remain with your “kind”, why move away from them in the first place? Moving to a gated community in Costa Rica filled with US residentsis sort of like traveling to Paris, sitting at a sidewalk cafe with a view of the river and ordering a cheeseburger and a coke and consume that while watching a Family Guy video on your iPhone.
I suggest American Dad.
It’s much more accurate to the views in The Empire.

Go to Rio or Caracas to see the future.
Make sure the car that picks you up at the airport is bulletproof.

8 or 9 medium heads of cabbage.Smaller is more tender
A five gallon bucket
A dinner plate.
7 teaspoons of salt.
A gallon jug full of water
A way to slice it super fine. I use a mandolin. It comes out with a better texture than using a grater.

Save the outside ” throw away” leaves..
Slice or grate all of the cabbage as thin as you are able.
Put layer by layer and sprinkle each layer with salt.
Mix it in the bucket, and hammer it with your fist HARD.
You’re compacting here.
Use the end of a bat or a piece of wood if you aren’t strong.
Place the throw away leaves on top, followed by the dinner plate and gallon jug.
Cover with a towel and tie the towel to the rim. I use a bungee cord.
6 days later skim off the liquid and nasty looking leaves off the top. Put in glass jars on the fridge.
You can add herbs and carrots and stuff but I like mine plain and sometimes add other things if I sauté it.

It’s good for 6 months.
EZ huh !?

I’ve been visiting since 1986 and rented a car on my very first visit. Back then you had to have a car with a winch to get to Flamingo beach !
The only Spanish I knew was Surviza and grassy ass. Go for it ! Do yourself a favor and pay the extra to fly into Liberia.
Do the tours that are often absent from the tour “guides”.
Rio Celeste. Tenorio, Santa Rosa, Rincon de la vieja,Tilaran/Lake Arenal on horseback. Kayak in Nuevo Arenal, fish in Nuevo Arenal and do your beach time on the Nicoya peninsula.Goofy Gibson paid 24 million for a ranch there so that gives you an idea how cool it is.

I only live 45 minutes from Monteverde and I NEVER go.
It was the nicest place on earth 25 years ago.

Lonely Planet has a wallet sized Spanish phrase boot. Grab a couple. You’ll get by just fine.

The Ticos will absolutely love it.
I too only hang out with mostly Ticos and good ole southern food always blows their mind.
I have a super easy sauerkraut recipe and have the locals up here making it now too. That and REAL pickles and brined American style hams.

Congrats on the business and yes, it WILL be a success.
Great idea.
