…and a job at Wal-mart is better than no job. I have friends who work at Wal-mart here in Canada and they enjoy their work!

Do you think it would be any different to the Palm and World Islands in Dubai? That realestate is selling for $7,000,000 an island. I think I am more worried about earthquakes. On second thought, I don’t think I’m too worried about either one. Covered in water or an earthquake, which is worse?

Go to Scott’s article Costa Rica 4×4 Car and SUV Rental. We used this Company last February, and, honestly I can’t speak highly enough of their service. If you go to the website there are testimonials you can email to find out more. We are most certainly going to rent from Dean again.

I can highly recommend http://www.learnspanishtoday.com the lessons are by Dave Clark who also has a column on this web site. I have been taking his lessons for a couple of years ( after trying numerous other courses) and have found this to be the best. I am not fluent, but I can at least converse with my Tico friends.

Well; Lo and behold, I was at the National Home show in Toronto today and the WeOwnCostaRica had a big display. They had two lovely sales girls there who where doing a great job until they told me that the new “International Airport” was being built, close to their project amd should be operational in a few months. I’m afraid at that point I got into quite a heated discussion with them!!Anyway anyone thinking of buying property there should have no trouble flying in and out of Costa Rica with the “new” International Airport being right on their doorstep!!! LOL

Also, in Escazu is the Posada El Quijote. This is a very nice country inn B&B where we have stayed several times. They serve the best breakfast of any B&B or hotel I have ever stayed in.
