The condo is almost finished – I have been there several times keeping an eye on the progress. What made you change your mind about investing there? At least they are still working and haven’t closed down like a lot of other developments. Have you visited their web page lately to check out the progress?

Yes it is true. Make sure you have a good headset otherwise there is a lot of feedback. Other than that – works great!

According to La Nacion this morning there are over 900 centenarians in Costa Rica. That’s all the reason I need to live in Costa Rica – a long and happy life – away from all the stress of North America!

I can tell you that our Tico friends are deathly scared to have one drink when socializing unless they have a designated driver, so hopefully this new law will have some impact. Of course, some people will always drive under the influence no matter what the law.

Well; in Canada it takes three years to become a dental hygenist, and they do a much better job than the dentist. How can you tell? Have the job done by a dentist and hygenist and you would know who gives you the better job. No contest, the hygenist is the best!

Yes, it is available to non residents, as far as I know. We obtained ours a year ago, no problem.

Awesome interview Scott! What a beautiful lady and we did enjoy her singing Super Bowl Sunday in Santa Ana.

At the present time the requirement for pensionados is $600 per month for the principal person (in our case my husband)and the spouse comes under that amount too. So, I am assuming that the $2000 they are probably going to raise it to would apply the same way. In other words it would be per couple. Correct me if I am wrong.

So Maravilla, can you please advise us as to the best place to buy vitamins or what kind we should be buying in Costa Rica? I sure hate it when those Omega 3 or cod liver oil capsuls start repeating up!! Thanks

Keep watching Spirit Airlines and sign up for their e-mails. A couple of days ago they were offering 100% off their flights from Fort Lauderdale to San Jose. Thats right 100% off, but these offers are only on for a couple of days or so.
