I tried to send you a message just a few minutes ago, but alas, my internet died and I’m not sure it went through. Heavy sigh…

My husband and I retired to CR just outside of San Ramon over 4 years ago, and would like to stay in the area. We are renting, but the property is being sold so we need to find a new place by September 1st.

Would you be amenable to reducing the monthly rent in exchange for a long term lease? We are looking for a comfortable home and do not look forward to any prospect of moving.

We have a Tico rescue dog, about 2 years old, and he’s neutered. We have him on an electronic collar, so he cannot roam any farther than 45 feet from the command center.

    Thank you,
    Lynn

Thank you for your reply. I request that you respond to my email account at kismet29@visi.com so I can access it easily.

We will attempt to call Mike via Skype tomorrow. Do you have an estimation regarding when is the best time to call? Please feel free to give my email address to Mike.

We are interested in a long term rental, as we plan to spend our retirement in CR but don’t want to buy.

Is it possible to view the house? If so, please let us know when is the best time.

Also, do you know of any other rentals in that area? If we decide to rent this house, our friends, a retired couple, want to rent a place near us, as they have done for the past 3 years. But since the place where we live now is being sold, that is no longer possible. They are looking for a 4 to 5 month rental each year.

I wondered if your home can be rented for 6 months. Also the slide show isn’t working.
