Let me get directly to the point. A few weeks ago you read about the imminent release of several magnificent acreages in the Altos de Antigua development.

After a lot of preparatory work we can now officially release these new acreages. If you are ready to buy the land on which to build your home in Costa Rica you really must see these. Call Brian in Costa Rica at (506) 2416-4044, or email John here, to arrange a viewing. Call now to get first crack at the best acreages.

There are no building commitments on these acreages, so you could choose to get your land now and hold it until you are ready to have your home built. We think that like others have already done you will want to get your place ready sooner rather than later.

You could be enjoying extended vacations or working remotely in a warm location during the cold winters. In addition, you could begin recouping your investment through rentals.

You’ve already seen photos of the infrastructure in existing phases; paved roads, electrical power and water which will also be installed here. One of the additional features to be installed in this new area is copper wire for telecommunications.

This landline will make it easier for ICE to provide you with internet connection speeds of up to 10Mbs. In current testing people are enjoying speeds of 6Mbs download and 1Mbs upload.

This means that you and I will be able to run our online businesses quite reliably. It will also enable you to get close to 150 television channels of digital, HD and music entertainment.

Who do you know that would like to live in a community like you describe, amongst people focused on making such vibrancy a reality? Do you think they would appreciate you telling them about this opportunity?

John Will Reward You With $1,000
For introducing him to a buyer of an acreage in Altos de Antigua.

We all know that the best way to attract new members to any community is by word of mouth. Each of us knows many others who would love to live in a vibrant community in the hills of Costa Rica. Here’s how you can help us establish and grow this community. Tell your friends about what we are doing, about the vibrancy we are focused on, and about the availability of acreages with fantastic views.

In appreciation of your help in building this community, in creating something wonderful, here’s what we will do for you:

When you introduce someone who acquires one of the Altos de Antigua acreages numbered 401 to 415 (see the acreage plan earlier in this article) from us, up to one full year after that introduction, we will send you a cheque for $1,000 one month after the purchase is finalized.

There is only one introduction reward per acreage. The buyer, or buyers if there is more than one for a single acreage, will decide to whom the reward goes if more than one person introduces us. This offer is good until December 31, 2013.

We will email your friend (and copy you) to: Firstly, acknowledge your help and identify you as the person making the introduction, and secondly, to ask your friend’s permission to provide information about Altos de Antigua.

[custom_script adID=153]
We will proceed further only after your friend gives that permission. You don’t need to do anything other than connect us. We’ll do the rest, and send you a cheque when the deal is done. Simple, isn’t it? And your friends will thank you for having their interests at heart.
