    i am writing about the Boutique Luxury Hotel / Yoga & Wellness Retreat Business listed. my partner and i have put together a team of about 6 professionals thus far to come down to CR and run a shamanic wellness retreat center and this particular option is a bit on the high end of our budget, but looks pretty turn key.

    i’m wondering, was this or is this in operation? are there financial records to show how the business did as a whole? or was it just built to sell as a turn key hotel?

    we would likely build a series of more villas for a few more private dwellings for ourselves. sounds like there is room for that, correct?

    we are booked to come down the first two weeks of july, but could come sooner if there’s an urgent opportunity. thanks for your consideration and any additional info!
