The house is in the town of Tronadora (just outside Tilaran in Guanacaste Province). A little more than an hour from Liberia Airport, or 3.5 hours from San Jose’s airport.

This house was completely renovated last year and completed in December 2008. It shows like a brand new home. There was one very short term renter, but I have not actively promoted it as a rental until now.

The layout is similar to a two bedroom condo – enter into the kitchen with built in table/chairs. That flows into the living room which has glass sliders out to the covered patio with views to Lake Arenal.

Double doors off the living room open into the master bedroom, which also has large glass sliders with the same view. The bathroom is between the master and guest bedrooms.

Ceiling fans and skylights throughout. Washer and dryer is located in a secure utility room outside. Wrought iron fence decorates the front of the property. Total square footage is approximately 900 square feet and the master bedroom measures 12′ x 11′

Telephone service, power and water are included in the rental price. Internet service has been ordered and approved for the house, however it is not installed yet. If this is a priority for a longer term rental, I will proceed with it immediately.

Rental price is only $350 per month with one month rental and one month security deposit to be paid in advance.

While the US owner is in the USA, this property is being managed by a local lady (who does speak English) called Rene Bradley who can be reached in the office at (506) 2695 8562 or cellphone (506) 8388 3891 or…

Hi. Although I probably wouldn’t be interested in renting this place until this winter, I would like to get the owner’s contact information while the ad is still here. This looks like a beautiful place at a good price – just what I’m looking for to escape part of the next Central New York winter!
    Thanks,
    Henry
