Where Exactly Are The Avalon Country Club Apartments Located?

Within a fifteen minute ride you shall find MultiPlaza, Plaza Itzkatzu, Automercado, Hotel Intercontinental, Comfort Inn, Marriott Courtyard and the residential developments of Valle del Sol, Bosques de Lindora, Villa Real and Puerta de Hierro.
  7. The drive to the MultiPlaza shopping centre, the Plaza Roble and Trilogia Offices is less than ten minutes.
  8. To get to one of the best hospitals in Central America – Hospital CIMA, will take you about 12 minutes.
  9. According to the Santa Ana municipal website, the altitude is between 847 – 1,022 meters above sea level with hot, sunny days and cool nights.
  10. Santa Ana is one of the best municipalities (ranked #2) for improved collection of taxes, using their resources more efficiently and providing better better services to those taxpayers.
  11. The entrance to the new highway that is being built that will take you to the beaches on the Central Pacific Coast is only ten minutes away.
  12. Living in Santa Ana you are minutes away from many international schools.
  13. The Juan Santamaría International Airport in San Jose is only 30 minutes away

This Avalon Country Club apartment #304 has two bedrooms with 1 1/2 baths, air conditioning, plus a mezzanine level with a sofabed, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace.

The kitchen includes an extractor, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, tower washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and enough crockery, glasses, pots and pans, knives and forks for four people, the apartment is fully air conditioned and comes with curtains, Queen sized bed and sheets with bedside tables.

The living room has a carpets, three bar stools a coffee table, sofa, two chairs, lamps with TV equipped with cable TV and the apartment has WiFi internet. There is a sofa bed on the mezzanine level and table and four chairs for the terrace.

During your stay, you would also have free access to the swimming pool and gymnasium on the property.

How Much Is The Rental For One Year?

The rental price for apartment #304 which has two bedrooms with 1 1/2 baths is US$1,300 which includes maid service once per week.

Airport pick-up to and from the Juan Santamaría International Airport in San Jose can be arranged for around $25.
