There are 2 booth’s at the SanJose Airport .One at the lower level and one as you come in on your right next to where you
pay for the departing tax. It is a ICE booth for SIM cards
and come in $5 $10 $20 pre pay.

very inexpensive there. I might use up the prepaid Min in C/R if it works. ( I might be looping thru Holland and get Dizzy )

In Costa Rica , California Property Tax , If you are late is a 10% penalty. Then they sell your House and give you a grocery cart. 😯
WillemIt would be less money and hassle to sell your Kayak and get a other one in Costa Rica. I think Price Mart might have those. Check there store on line
