quote
This comment is a little bit funny
If you want to know what this country would look like without a booming tourism sector, a foreigner driver real estate market and a booming export economy—we have a very good model–its called NICARAGUA
so perfectly put

another thing to add maybe
americans are not the only ones travelling to and living
in c.r. there is this big populated place called europe
i’m pretty sure there is more than 1percent of foreigners
who live and own property in C.R.
Have you guys every heard of the Bilderberg Group. We are all just working dummies to keep the elite rich.
conrad black hosted a bilderberg meeting a big deal for a canadian ,turns out he pissed those guys off some how

to be a leader in even a small corporation or a leader of just about any country you gotta deal with the likes of bilderberg

what i am saying is guys like obama and bush are truly bilderberg puppets

i beleive guys like clinton actually deal and negociate with these guys

for those who have no idea what bilderberg group is

it is where zionism and the iluminati break bread and drink
wine

at almost the highest of levels

and if you still have no idea

google bilderberg,iluminati,zionist
get ready to cry

in this great complicated world if you are gonna be a top player such as president well you have to play hard dirty
and well your always gonna piss someone off

just like being 1 parent to 5 kids to the power of ten thousand

in politics and buisness, corruption deceit and betrail run rampid at the end of the day its about who can get the job done

bush and obama have never made a dime for anyone
clinton greased everyones pockets including the american public

i do beleive bush was not voted in this was a bullied affair
but there is a reason why they worked so hard to get rid of clinton

i’m not saying he was a profit just a good president who
gave at least some people hope

money isn’t everything but economy is

any of you who fled to C.R. looking for utopia
well if you have found it i’m sure it has a lot to do with economy

men like clinton truman kennedy had 3 meetings an hour for twelve hours a day negotiating and negotiating and negotiating

men like bush and obama parade like the queen and pope
then sign where they are told to

no one is perfect and also your cats kill beautiful birds
pura vida

The only difference is that Obama is not stupid like Bush and, so far, not a sex addict like Clinton. Otherwise, it has been business as usual.
clinton was and still is a successful buisness man and community leader

he jolted a massive economy boost for the usa in a way that
was positive for the whole planet the recession was something no one thought would happen again anytime soon

bush was always a failure
love watching him grind his jaw

obama as far as i know did well in community and politics but not so in buisness

guy’s like bush and obama when sitting a table with
powerful men get manipulated easily

not clinton he’s a master of manipulation the republicans did evrything to take him from house and home

they got him out of the house but he still has his home
and look who he shares it with

in marketing guys like bush and obama are great openers but
they don’t close they get closed

the usa needs a buisness man not a f’n salesman to lead

thanks everyone for the feedback hopefully there’s more to
come .
i was planning to spend 3to 6 months in CR so that i could get to know the country well but if i leave her here i’ll probably only stay for one .

some of you mentioned altidude has alot to do with dangers do you think the manchu pichu hike in peru would
be ok?

i was planning to hire a driver for duration of my first trip

i have invested a lot of time training her she’s pretty smart but i guess the risks are too high

so i guess one thing all of you agree on is altitude
so if i were to move to c.r. i should be checkin the mountains
does anyone have suggestions ?

i know travelling with a dog often limits what one can do
so does living with one

for some reason i feel like she helps me from completly crossing over to the darkside lol

once again thanks for the feedback everyone

david my comment on the ladrones thread was for two reasons

one- to reflect on the statements of certain posts where
people were sayin that those were normal acceptable conditions for people who live in costa rica sort of trade off for the weather and cost of living

two- provoke comments from other people like you,
who expressed that those were extreme and uncommon situations. i heard you!!!(if you wanna get catty i’ll hook you up with my mom)

now this is a thread asking for information about travelling hiking and so on with a dog in costa rica

anyone who has anything to say about traveling with dogs in costa rica please share
i could leave her here but i thought she’d have fun with hiking and swimming in some areas

. >Costa Rica is CENTRAL AMERICA.

i too have been thinking about moving to CR and have been spending multiple hours a day on this board and a few others
reading.i have to say thinking of moving to a place where home invasion with brutality is a normal part of life is starting to awaken some serious discouragement.i have over 35 trips to cuba
on my belt and well i thought costa rica would provide options
for a healthier lifestyle

i have been on this board all night reading and now i can go to sleep well knowing that there are slim to none odds that my home will be invaded here in montreal my dog being poisend and anyone brutelised . i live in a pakistani ghetto im white and the door is usualy unlocked when i’m home
i will keep reading this board but i am definatly starting to
wonder if i could start liking life in the cold

i would like to state an opinion though ,from what i’m reading
it seems like home invasion style violent robbery is becoming more and more sophisitcated down there with almost no risk or danger to the criminals .

i suggest some serious brainstorming and mabe selfdefence training.i dont agree with shooting someone over a dvd player but in this case if theives don’t start getting shot they will get more comfortable with terrorizing everytime
also alarm systems are useless, proper discrete video survailance is much more effective for identifying and rooting
out criminals
