Ginette has been a pleasure to deal with and we have’t even arrived yet. She rented our original no frills room to someone else who would be staying longer and bumped us up to suite at the same rate. She is also arranging an airport pick up and was very understanding about my mixing up our arrival time. Remember on TACA it is 24hr time, so I will not be getting in at at 9:40 pm but 9:40 am, which means getting to the airport at 4am!
