In the past few months there have been several pre-fab construction threads, one of which i started. At one point, a person whose name i can’t remember stated he had constructed a pre-fab on his farm and was going to do more. I would like to contact that person if anyone can remember the thread. I have done several searches and have been unable to find it. It should have been within the last 4 or 5 months. thanks

You may want to take a look at Ginnee y Felipe Hancock’s blog at:

Ginnee spent a week or so ago writing me emails of great information about their building experiences. I am planning to put her advice together into a paper since her thoughts, notes and experiences help you to really understanding the pre-fab construction experience. I plan to visit INPREFA in March to check out their company, their link is http://www.inprefa.com/empresa.htm . I have heard they have a good reputation for their products.

    Thanks,
Tom in Portland on a budget.

I may be that person, I have built my caretaker family home and our custom prefab home and a plant nursery building all using the prefab construction method. You can see photos on my blog http://www.costaricamountain.blogspot.com or email me ginnee@gmail.com for more info

Yes Ginnee, it certainly was you I was talking about. I hope all is well with you guys. I really love the color of the stucco on the new house. I think it will change slightly in different kinds of weather. Look real good!

    Sincerely
