Hi all,
My husband and I finally have our plans finalized. We will be arriving in CR on Oct6 and staying in Cocles just south of Puerto Viejo till we leave on Oct. 23rd.It seems like light years away!! I have since last post been in contact via email with a real estate office that Scott recommended. I am looking forward to hearing more about everyone who has just competed their new homes (details details!!) My husband and I have just put one of our rental properties here in Florida up for sale( Yes Hurricane central) It is no longer feasible with the costs of taxes and Insurance and tentants that don’t always pay!! (see advise on last post) I would still like to hear of anyone who has to good contact people that we can get in touch when we arrive, so as can refer to arhitechs, contractors. etc… Thanks for all your input on the Carib side as I know theres not alot.Untill then, Pura Vida
