Real Estate Fraud Lawsuit Filed Against Paradise International Properties
As part of Sarelson Law Firm’s investigation into Paragon Properties, the firm has been retained by several individuals in a very similar lawsuit against Paradise International Properties. One of the defendants in the Paragon lawsuit apparently broke away and started a competing real estate development company known as Paradise International. Paradise, like Paragon, sells real estate in Costa Rica. The suit names Paradise International, its owner Larry Webman and its escrow agent and attorney, Gene Rosen.
