We will be moving and retiring to the San Ramon area in June of this year.
We are going to have a home built and will need a home to rent for approx 6-8 months until it is completed.
If you need a house sitter for that time span that would work also.The rental needs to be at least two bedrooms with two bath’s if possible, and one story.
We are having our things shipped down, and all of it will fit in an 8’x 20′ cargo box.
Thus the use for the second bedroom.
Furnished would be great !
Outside of town preferred but not set in stone.
Some pictures would be nice.We will have our 15lb dog Patch’s with us. She is completly house broken and destroy’s nothing.
