I would like to know if to put down $50 000 is the best way to incorporate a company in Dental technology ? Do you know a good Lawyer. I will move from Canada in August.
Not sure I understand your question… You certainly don’t need $50,000 to buy a corporation here or are you buying a an active comapny in existence for US$50,000?
There are a LOT of dental technology companies here including Align which has a huge presence here… and yes! I know a number of good attorneys but depends on what you’re trying to do…
