Simple really Janice… The Gringo owner had been through some serious operations in the USA and faced some outrageous medical bills back in the USA so he HAD TO sell before a specific date this month or face very serious consequences…
Obviously ’emergencies’ happen everywhere in the world but in the USA where operations are so outrageously expensive, catastrophic medical costs have become one of the top reasons for bankruptcy in the USA.
The difference is that normally the Realtor or another investor would have gobbled this up BEFORE it even got onto any website, on this occasion, the Realtor was tapped out and a Canadian buyer scooped it up.
