This Central Valley view project is in a very convenient location just fifteen minutes from the massive Forum Business Park where you would find companies like Procter & Gamble and 25 minutes from the 126 acre manufacturing plant of Intel.

This 50 hectare property (123.5 acres) was purchased in 2003 and the first eight buildings of 24 apartments each (192 in total) were finished in January 2006. The project will eventually be 115 buildings of 2,400 apartments in total. The company is directly and indirectly employing about 450 people so they are certainly helping the local economy to a significant degree.

CONCASA is not so much building affordable apartments, as building a small, secure, self contained city complete with water from their own wells and their own sewage treatment plant. Security is 24 hours per day starting at the entrance to the property and each phase also has it’s own 24 hour security guard station. Nobody can enter an apartment building without first going through two security guard stations.

The photographs included here were taken of the 95M2 (1,022 square feet) three bedroom, two bathroom, second floor apartment which comes with one car parking space.

There is also a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the fresh outdoor air and perhaps keep a few colorful potted plants that grow so incredibly fast in Costa Rica.

The floors throughout the apartment are tiled and the bathrooms are complete with toilet, sink and showers. The apartment has all the electric connections, electric plugs, telephone plugs, switches and main fuse box, there are electric cable connections set for hanging lamps and the connection for cable television is installed.
