The advantage of this financing is that you can close quickly and easily with a low rate of interest and with low, low monthly payments because your payments are interest only, no amortization.

I have had so many Costa Rica bankers tell me, “Oh! It’s only 15 days to approval.”

True, and then six months to closing. I will not wait six months because in six months, the prices will be up. However, I will take a safe five percent return in order to close now easily.
