Are You Building Your Own Home in Costa Rica?

We would like to invite all of you that are building or have previously built your home in Costa Rica to PLEASE send us your story for our new ‘Build Your Own Home’ in Costa Rica section.

You don’t need to be a good writer – I do not consider myself a writer either – the important thing is this information helps educate and protect our VIP Members so that they know what’s possible and what’s not when building your own home.

If you are able to build your own home or carefully supervise the building of your own Costa Rica home, it can be done for a very affordable price.

I KNOW it’s possible because within the next six weeks I will also share my personal Build Your Own Home story with you about the country home that I have been building just one hour from San José.

My new home is 96.8 M2 (1,041 sq feet) with a wraparound terrace of 50 M2 (538 sq feet) with two bedrooms, an office, one bath, 14 foot ceiling in the living room, a big pantry, a fireplace and a spectacular, peaceful mountain view.

The home is called ‘Nicho de los Collirojos’ because of all the red tailed hawks we see flying over the area and it should be finished by the end of February at a total cost of less than US$90K for the home and that includes 2,420 m2 (26,040 sq feet) of very fertile land.
