    So true and sad.

So, I decided to call the numbers on the site, not knowing what I would say if someone picked up the phone.

    Higher Life Estates Inc
    (209) 691-LIFE (5433) North America (USA)
    (519) 676-4536 North America (Canada)
    (506) 8524-1706 Central America (Costa Rica)

The first number is located in Escalon in California, zip code 95320.
I got a recording that directed me to leave a message or call 506-8524-1706 (the last number on the website)

The second number is a tied to MobiXtream (http://www.mobixtream.com) but the message when called says “Bell Canada, this number has been disconnected.”

The third number is a Costa Rica cellular number. I tried several times but it was busy. Maybe this is the main business line and they are very busy with potential investors?

Just some info for everyone. If anyone else can get through to (506)8524-1706 please let us all know what you find out about this project.

    Thanks.

I can’t stress enough how important it is to perform a thorough due diligence when investing in any project, no matter where it is. We have seen Paragon Properties and Hacienda Matapalo scam people out of their money. There seems to be quite a few scammers from Florida operating in Costa Rica. Let’s not have a scam in Esterillos Este. If anyone uncovers anything about Higher Life Estates Inc please keep us all informed so that everyone can make well informed decisions. Those of us who live in Costa Rica want to keep it a great place.
