Hello all…
I will be coming down to CR in March with a fellow investor to purchase a condo or 2 dependant on prices.
We are focused on checking out Santa Ana, Jaco and Manuel Antonio along with a stop in Tambor to see Ocean Whispers.
My big question is ways to go about financing the condo.
I’m from Canada and own a home here and do not have much to put down if any at all….
I did review the article on here discussing creative ways of financing but I found it didn’t go into major detail or examples on how to do so.
If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great….
We’re looking at spending roughly $200,000.
FYI-I did order Scott’s book and am awaiting for it to arrive…:)
Cheers,
Josh
The creative financing article was indeed meant to be general
The problem with being specific when it comes to financial matters and market rates is that as soon as you put them up on the site, they are already inaccurate and out of date.
