        Does he reply via email? I would like to know the prices of Apt A, Apt B, Apt C and what type of down payments are you looking at to buy these condos. What is the address of these condos as I do not see an address for the “U.S. Ambassador’s residence is located in this area of Escazu”? Are there elevators in these buildings? Are they furnished? Do we pay taxes if we bring our own furniture from another country?

      Please send me pics and info about the regions you represent. I’m looking for a condo in a safe location with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. I need easy transportation to shopping and social recreation I’m not “into” water sports but want to be able to see water and grassy hills/mountains from my windows.     I’m interested in a nice, safe, environment where the temp. Is mild daytime hi 70s and night 60s or less. I recently was in the Pacific Northwest region of playa del Coco and found it to be hot and lacking other activities than restaurant hopping. Your advice is appreciated.

    I need some detailed information about the condo..i am interested in financing the condo and renting it out until the time we are ready to retire..what kind of down payment (percentage) of total price is needed? what terms am I looking at? what are the potential of renting the unit quickly? what is the HOA for the property..
