    Yes, I bought property (phase 2) from them and also have viewed their properties. Monterra is their development company. They are a Canadian development company (only operating in the Tambor area of Costa Rica). Please let me know if you have any specific questions I can help you with.

    Check with the big realtor in the area Tropisphere and ask for Geoff McCabe. He will give you an honest opinion. Century 21 in Tambor is very suspect.
