San Jose is not as convenient as it is about 200 miles from San Jose and it would take at least 4 hours to drive there.

There is covered parking at the front of the house for two cars.
The house is available to rent unfurnished immediately for $1,100 per month which includes 24/7 security, guards, water, landscaping and swimming pool maintenance.

Hi we are moving to Costa Rica the first week in June this year having sold our house in the UK. I am a pensioner and intend to become a resident in Costa Rica. I have a husband and 1 dog and bringing my furniture so need unfurnished and ready to receive us from 6th June 2018. We are looking to pay around $500 per month a little more for the correct property and are flexible about location although it needs to be no more that 30 min drive from flamingo or tamarindo.
