Costa Rica Golf Resort Community With Ocean Views Of The South Pacific

People who can't make up their minds between an ocean view or a golf course view can have it both ways at Costa Rica's most affordable golf resort community, the Southern Pacific Zone's first and only golf resort.

The Clubhouse Condos, now under construction, are smartly designed to overlook both the ocean and the golf course greens that cover the naturally rolling contours of the land.

Fraser is putting to use his 15 years' experience as a custom home builder in Canada to make Costa Rica's most affordable golf resort community tops in luxury, comfort, security, value and environmental sensitivity.

The 332-acre project will comprise 850 units - Clubhouse Condos, luxury villas, terraced casitas and private lots. Already six condo units have been sold at prices starting at $219,900.

The 43 one and two bedroom units will be built in the Complex in a V formation around the Clubhouse and pools. Vistas of the greens and fairways will wrap around the back side.

The wide end of the V will be fronted by a curving wall of shops and the entrance to the complex. Terraced pools will surround the Clubhouse. As the activities hub, the Clubhouse will include a restaurant, bar, wellness spa, fitness center, lounge, and patios.

Each fully furnished condo will have a private patio facing the pool and the ocean. The two-bedroom units in Buildings 1 and 2 have a 1,242-square-foot floor plan, with a master suite, guest bedroom and bathroom, sunset view balcony, and high-quality finishes. Ceilings, cabinetry and doors will be made of Costa Rican teak.

The Clubhouse Condos offer a turn-key, suitcase-ready option for a full-time residence or a vacation home with opportunities for rental income, says Fraser.

His wife Darlene and Kathy Breau, wife of Project Manager Larry Breau, are the interior decorators. The model suite should be completed by the end of April 2010

"The resort is designed to attract both investors and residents," says Fraser. "Owners who are here only one month a year can use our rental management program to generate return on their investment.

"The gated community will be safe, with only one way in and out and 24-hour security," he says.

When completed, this Costa Rica's Golf Resort Community will have an 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course, driving range, practice hole, putting green, and golf academy - the building is already finished - with a resident golf pro.
