El Sueño de Ocotal is a modern neo-Spanish architecture villa which houses two completely separate ocean view apartments (a 1 bedroom apartment and a 3 bedroom apartment) and four exclusive, private studios. All with ocean views and individual bathrooms, A/C, TV, fridge, wireless internet, Hot/Cold water, maid service, linen and bath towels, BBQ and laundry. There are separate kitchens in each apartment and a separate one to serve the private studios and all are fully equipped. Comfort and relaxation are guaranteed by the villa's amenities including a luxurious garden, a refreshing pool, wireless internet service and 2 outside, covered dining areas. The versatile architecture of our villa allows providing the same high grade of comfort for private couples or for groups up to 18 personas.

Depending where you are coming from (Liberia or San Jose) we can arrange your pick up at a very reasonable rate. You can rent a car here at a good price too. There is a lot to do and see. Playa Del Coco is only 2 miles away and has three large and modern supermarkets, three banks, two casinos, lots of restaurants where you can enjoy a night out on the town. In our Ocotal gated community there are three very good restaurants within minutes from our Villa, one located on the very beach, other on the hill and the third in a beautiful exclusive development. We would love to provide you with information of our beautiful areas to be visited, toured, etc.
