There are three floor plans to choose from. Valba also offers at additional cost, finishing packages that include all of the appliances, furniture, decorative pieces for each room and even your cooking utensils and dishware.

Amenities of the community include a large swimming pool with separate children's pool area. On two sides of the pool there are covered ranchos with built in barbecues, sinks, electrical outlets, and ceiling fans. A few meters away residents can enjoy a sand volleyball court. The recreation area includes separate men's and women's indoor showers and dressing rooms, as well as two outdoor showers.

There is an expansive green area with a variety of fruit trees for the residents to enjoy.

The project is located only ten minutes from the Marriot Los Suenos Marina and Golf Country Club and only 15 minutes from Jaco, one of the most popular tourist towns in Costa Rica. The project also is within 7 to 10 minutes of Playa Blanca and Playa Mantas, two beautiful beaches offering calm waters for swimming, snorkeling, or just a casual stroll along the beach.

Valba accepts a $5,000 fully refundable deposit to reserve your lot. You then have a full 30 days to decide on your purchase at which time you would sign your purchase agreement or request a refund of your security deposit.
