Growing your own safe, organic, delicious food, free from chemicals and genetic modifications in the USA, could land you in jail under the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act - Bill s510.

Farming is for commercial interests only, the US government does not want you to eat, sell, trade, share or give away your homegrown food. Have you been reading about the raids on Community Supported Agriculture with machine gun armed police confiscating organic food and raw milk?

"If accepted [S 510] would preclude the public's right to grow, own, trade, transport, share, feed and eat each and every food that nature makes. It will become the most offensive authority against the cultivation, trade and consumption of food and agricultural products of one's choice. It will be unconstitutional and contrary to natural law or, if you like, the will of God." Dr. Shiv Chopra, Canada Health whistleblower.

Who exactly are they protecting here? Not you and not me, that's for sure. Let's take a look at some of those Executive Orders just for grins:

• EO10998 gives them the 'right' to take over all food resources and farms. Whoa Nellie! Do our farmer friends know this? Do you know that this also applies to your raised bed of salad greens, tomatoes and herbs?
• EO11000 gives them the 'right' to mobilize civilians - you and your family - into work brigades under government supervision. Work Brigades? As in slave labor? Or chain gangs?
• EO11051 gives them the authority to put all orders into effect should there be tensions, economic and financial crisis.

Wow! Like when we all find out the US is broke and the dollar is nothing but pieces of paper with no value? What about the propped up manipulated stock market that many of us have our saving in? How did "they", whoever they are, short the Gulf and the World Trade Center just before they collapsed and made a fortune? I hear you can short the US of A. You can certainly short the dollar.

What will be your reaction when they double all taxes on you to start to cover the debt of the US?

Will you and other Americans become a little 'tense' at that point in time? How many of us know someone who has lost their job, or closed their business? Are they 'tense'? (See EO 11051)

Ask your waitress next time you dine out at your local diner how her tips are these days. She has whole shifts with no customers. At first, her customers paid with debit cards, then credit cards, and now they just don't come anymore. I know she is 'tense' about how she is going to pay the bills and feed the kids.

How is your stock account or pension fund doing? How much have you lost this past year? Don't wait for the next big stock shock surprise, these manipulated markets are in for a big crash. Unless of course you are privy to insider information, that puts you on the short side of the next debacle.

How can you preserve your wealth? Get out of dollars lickity split for sure. They keep printing them as fast as the presses will run, which makes them worth less than the paper they are printed on. Put your wealth, your dollars or Euros into assets with real value while they are still perceived to have some value. Perhaps owning your own small farm in Costa Rica could be a smart start towards managing your financial assets while preserving your wealth, health, sanity and perhaps your life and the lives of those you love.

Without your health, quality of life is compromised, and without organic non-GMO food, our quality of health is in great danger.

There is no better way to control people than through their food, or the lack of it. Which now brings us to the anti-hoarding laws; in a declared federal national emergency, the federal government has the authority to not only take your food storages, but everything you own. If that is not enough, they can relocate your family, and I am guessing that it will not be to a better location, nor come with employment. See EO 11004. Unless of course that "employment" is in the form of EO 11000

The situation in the US is far worse than many comprehend, worse than the economics of Greece. When the people wake up, it is going to be a dark day of reckoning, an angry mob awakening from the lies, deception and treason. Ordinary people like you and me trying to understand how this happened in our once great country.

If no food is not enough to make you consider relocating to a safer country with abundant agriculture, then consider the following Executive Orders that have already been signed, which leaves me to believe that this is a nightmare of the worst kind. Never in our lives could we have imagined the erosion of our Constitutional rights, nor the Executive Orders signed, and Bills that are on the table at this time. If you are not scared yet, you should be!

• EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
• EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

Most states have chosen to enact their own anti-hoarding laws which means some states may not have such laws, others do and not all are uniform. However, uniformity of state law is something governors are striving for under the Interstate Compact Agreement. The Compact Agreements, much like Executive Orders for the president, really don't require voters' input. They are law if the legislature doesn't object, much like Congress that has 30 days to object to an EO before it becomes law.

The "Anti-Hoarding Act" making it illegal to store more than 30 days food", so check with your state laws regarding hoarding.

At times of "declared emergencies", (real or fabricated), each governor cedes (gives over) authority of his/her state to the federal government. When a governor declares it for his state, he becomes the delegated representative of the federal government according to an Interstate Compact Agreement. Bottom line, even though federal legislation does not directly address anti-hoarding, goods can be seized if national circumstances are felt to warrant it whether or not amounts stored are deemed excessive in your state's eyes.

In a declared federal national emergency, the federal government has the authority to not only take the food you have stored, but everything you own.

If that is not enough and if circumstances warrant, they can relocate you and your family. I hope I never live to see a day like that!
