Costa Rica Real Estate Near The Beach - Affordable Valba Homes Update with FREE video

The Valba Homes project is progressing nicely. After visiting the site today, 2nd May 2007, work is nearly completed on the gated entrance and parameter walls. The green areas are nearly all landscaped now with grass, and many decorative palms and other plants. Also planted now in the green areas are a variety of fruit trees that the residents will have to enjoy for years to come.

The Valba Homes project is a smaller gated community of only 44 condo homes. They are a townhouse style homes, two story with two and three bedrooms. There are only two units per structure offering green areas to the side of each unit. There are three different floor plans to choose from. Each home includes a outdoor Jacuzzi tub on the covered back terrace. The project is only minutes away from Playa Blanca, considered one of the nicest and cleanest beaches in Costa Rica.

Several units have already been sold or reserved (a few by our VIP Members) and at this time Valba is still offering their pre-construction pricing of $169K to $193K depending on the floor plan. Please note that once the model home is finished, prices will be raised so you would have to make your reservations within the next 45 days or so to lock in these low prices. Other amenities within the project include a beautiful pool with sectioned off children's pool, ample lounging area around the pool, two ranchos with stainless steel barbecue grills, counter tops with sinks and even power outlets for the margarita blender.

Each rancho also has two ceiling fans. There are separate his and hers shower and changing rooms, as well as outdoor showers near the pool. There will be a playground area as well as a sand volleyball court. The finished project will have high speed wireless internet, with all utilities underground which is terrific becasue so many projects have those ugly wires dangling all over the place ruining the views.

There is precious little real estate in this area that compares in price and quality to this project. With only 44 units it will be small enough to give the owners a real sense of community and since it's only a minute from the highway to Jaco, it's a very convenient location.
