We have many beautiful condos available for all tastes and all budgets, starting at around $100 per night to the ultimate in luxury condos which start at $400 per night depending on the season. We also have long term rentals at the beach available from $950 per month that include all utilities except electric.
Our rentals are located in Tamarindo, Flamingo and Conchal Beaches. All of our rentals offer High Speed Internet, Cable TV and A/C. Many of our homes include maid service. All short term rentals include all taxes and utilities.

We offer fully furnished and equipped 2 to 4 bedroom luxury condos with community pools as well as 4 to 5 bedroom single family homes, most with private pools and walking distance to the beach. Some of our rentals offer spectacular ocean views while others are a short walk to town and the beach.
