At this time there are indeed some excellent opportunities to purchase at a great savings, but please remember that these real estate deals do not last long!

In this photograph above you can see the Diamante unit which was featured for US$379,000 and SOLD for $379,000 in 60 days.

Well priced Jaco condos still sell quickly.

This Jaco beach resort (above) has suites released ranging from $199,000 - US$235,000. Fifteen of these condos were SOLD within first 60 days.

Great views and great surfing.

This condo complex in Central Jaco above had a beautifully furnished three bedroom condo one block from the beach which was reduced to $240,000 and SOLD for $235,000 in 45 days.

The Los Suenos condo below is a large three bedroom which was reduced to $1,200,000 and SOLD for $1,000,000 in 90 days.
