Surfers Of All Ages Living Their Dream in Jaco

Growing up in Southern California, it has been my dream to wake up in the morning and check the surf without leaving my house.

My dreams have always been out of reach due to the price of beachfront residences until now. My wife (who is an avid surfer as well) and I purchased a condo in Central Jaco Beach at a beautiful condo project called Diamond in the Sun.

We plan to live in the condo but we are also confident that it will be a great long term investment. In this booming town of Jaco there is only so much titled beachfront and therefore it's nearly impossible to find a residence in the $200K's.

However, at Diamond in the Sun Phase II we were able to purchase a condo in the mid $200K's where we will be able to see the surf from our living room. Furthermore, our condo will be delivered fully furnished and the developer will pick up the tab for the closing costs.

Other features that drew us to this project is the central location that places restaurants and markets literally steps away along with an onsite commercial center that will feature a multi-purpose theatre, restaurant, gym and day-spa.

Phase I of Diamond in the Sun was completed in June 2010. Phase II of Diamond in the Sun will begin in the next 12-18 months.
