The progress at the Avalon Country Club condo project in Santa Ana has been quite amazing.

Blue skies, sunny day and a nice clean swimming pool.

It seems like only yesterday that I walked this land trying to envisage the buildings, the lake and the walking tails and here we are, nearly finished.
