Costa Rica Rental Apartments in Grecia - Please ask about this house for rent.

We have four fully furnished efficiency apartments for rent by the month, week or day.

Our house and the four apartments were all completed in 2008. The apartments feature a full kitchen with a refrigerator, a stove, a dining area, hot water (which is not available in all apartments in Costa Rica), cable TV (with both US and local stations), wireless Internet, a telephone (calls to anywhere in Costa Rica are free), international calls can be made using Skype for 2 cents a minute and we offer free phone calls to US and Canada.

All linens and towels are included. If you want us to shop for you, please send us a list of what you would like. Otherwise, we will take you to Grecia so you can do your own shopping for groceries, etc.

Our guests will enjoy access to our beautifully landscaped gardens and a world-class view of Costa Rica's famous Central Valley

The apartments have a covered patio. There's parking space behind a locked gate and a washer and dryer are available. Utilities are included.

We are in El Cajon, about 5 miles up the mountain from Grecia, (but don't look for El Cajon on any map. El Cajon has one small store, one school, one church and no stop sign.) We're 40 minutes from Juan Santamaria International Airport and we are at an altitude of about 4,600 feet. Our temperatures range from approximately 60 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit year round. (Most of the year it is in the 70s day and night).

• Our efficiency apartments are for for US$480 per month, US$175 per week, or US$55 for the first night $55 and any additional nights at US$35
• Our one bedroom apartments are for rent monthly for $550, weekly for US$195, or by day - first day US$55, additional days US$35.00
• Our luxury suite is for rent monthly for US$650. Weekly for US$245 or US$55 per night.

For our guests we will provide airport transfers $25.00 each way... Additional transportation and trips are available for an extra cost.

Our neighborhood is a safe and friendly area surrounded mostly by coffee farmers. It's quiet, and it's accessible by public transportation. The bus stops about half a mile from our house every other hour. It will cost you about 45 cents to go to Grecia. From there you can go to San Jose and then to anywhere in Costa Rica by bus.

Here you can enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica. This area is centrally located and it's a great home-base from which to explore all parts of Costa Rica.

You will love the way we have worked with nature in our landscaped gardens. Our house overlooks the beautiful mountains, the Central Valley, and you can look up the mountain and see the Poas Volcano.

You can take a leisurely walk through our coffee plants and banana trees down to the river. (Of course, the walk back up is not so leisurely.)

Overlooking the Central Valley, you will observe landing planes (25 miles away) like shining birds in the sky, and watch the flocks of parrots and other beautiful Costa Rican birds flying overhead. And at night you will see spectacular views of the Central Valley covered with thousands of lights. Come and experience amazing views of beautiful birds, coffee farms, wondering clouds and mist through the green mountains.

In the mornings you can enjoy your coffee while overlooking our large green garden as well as experiencing priceless views of the valley and sun rise.

Our apartments are fully furnished with comfortable, well designed furniture from La Artistica furniture store.

Housekeeping is not included, but can be arranged at additional cost.
