My love for Latin America began in high school Spanish class where I began to learn the language. I have always focused on doing business in Latin America and studied in Mexico and Spain during my college years at Hampden-Sydney in Virginia. My wife, Mary Katharine is from Texas and we live in Manuel Antonio with a great group of friends, many of whom I have know for more than 10 years, and some whom I went to college with. A: "Manuel Antonio is one of the most complete destinations in Costa Rica. Our stunning natural scenery, world class beaches, national park, and new marina under construction, make it a tremendous place to invest. The Portalon, Dominical, Uvita, and Ojochal areas to the south offer unmatched experiences, raw nature, and more bang for the buck." Birds' eye ocean views in the south are some of the best bets for land appreciation. Premier homesites along the coast with spectacular views start in the mid $200's and go up from there. Ocean views homes range from $500K into the millions. Values are determined by location, access, view, topography, and size.
