Victor R. Guerrero has lived in Playa Dominical for nearly 16 years, is legally entitled to work in Costa Rica and has been a Realtor for over ten years. He has a one-year-old daughter in Costa Rica, and his eldest son returned to California to finish high school.

"Originally a commercial fisherman from northern California, I came to Costa Rica in the early 90s. After buying my first property and selling for it profit, I slowly learned the process of buying and selling property and started working professionally in real estate."

A: "Quality real estate sells itself." What I mean by that is if the property that is presented is legally transferable to the buyer with no liens, holdings or encumbrances, and it's what the buyer wants, the Realtor does not have to be pushy and hard sell the property to the buyer.
