Victor R. Guerrero has lived in Playa Dominical for nearly 16 years, is legally entitled to work in Costa Rica and has been a Realtor for over ten years. "Originally a commercial fisherman from northern California, I came to Costa Rica in the early 90s. After buying my first property and selling for it profit, I slowly learned the process of buying and selling property and started working professionally in real estate."
Q: What is your favorite quotation?
A: "Quality real estate sells itself." What I mean by that is if the property that is presented is legally transferable to the buyer with no liens, holdings or encumbrances, and it's what the buyer wants, the Realtor does not have to be pushy and hard sell the property to the buyer.
Q: What other services do you offer your customers?
A: Contacts and general assistance with getting their project started, with recommendations for the best builders, excavators, legal and architectural expertise and overall project management.
Q: What makes you uniquely qualified to help your customers?
A: I have lived only in the San Isidro area for over 15 years. I know my local community well, and have done business with them for many years.
During these many different sales I have learned the correct processes to buy and sell property in Costa Rica. My office and I have a wealth of information to pass on to the buyer and the seller. This information did not come easy, but through years of doing business here.
I seem to have a knack for finding those unique - sometimes surprisingly affordable properties for my clients.

"A year ago January, my husband (Randy) and I met Victor and spent several days with him exploring properties in the area.
