Zürcher Arquitectos S.A. does not normally accept residencial design projects which makes this luxury home in Santa Ana even more unique and certainly more valuable. Proycon is also a high profile and very serious building company, whose projects include Forum I and Forum II. The land measures 16,941M2, or 182,348 square feet (4.18 acres). The garden is 15,941M2 or 171,584 square feet (3.94 acres). The house has 1,071M2 of construction which is 11,528 square feet. The house has Colombian marble and wood, brick, "teja" and "stucco". High ceilings of 3.15 meters (10.3 feet) on first level and up to 4.5 meters (14.76 feet) on second level and all windows are polarized.
