The first phase of this new Valba project offers fourteen 2 and 3 bedroom town homes all for under $200,000. Each home includes a terrace area with an outdoor Jacuzzi.
The completed Valba project will consist of only 44 homes which will offer full time residence a real sense of community which often is lost in many larger developments.
The community is convenient to the main highway from San José and less than ten minutes from the two nearest beaches. Los Sueños and Jaco are only 15 minutes away offering residence convenience with a wide variety of shopping, restaurants and other services near their home.

- Playa Blanca has been ranked one of the cleanest beaches in Costa Rica for ten years and is one of the two beaches within the Punta Leona complex and if you continue down the access road to the Valba project, for only 5 to 7 minutes you actually are on the Punta Leona property and the road dead ends into the clean, well maintained beach.
- Playa Agujas is a nice, long flat beach which is also less than ten minutes from the Valba project. We'll have lots more photographs of these two beaches for you after our filming trip in mid-April.
The Valba community will offer a fully gated and secure entrance with 24 hour security, along with a communication system between individual homes and the security gate.
Optional cable with highspeed Internet will be available as well. Landscaping of the common areas is beginning in the next couple of weeks and will include a wide variety of fruit trees for residence to enjoy.

A large pool with divided children's pool makes up the heart of the common area along with two separate shower rooms and two large Rancho barbecue areas with stainless grills, sink and counter tops with electrical outlets for that indispensable margarita blender.
The common area near the pool will also include a sand volleyball court and play ground area.
How To Reserve Your New Vacation Home in Costa Rica?
To reserve your new home, you would need to complete their Reservation Form and wire the US$5,000 Reservation Deposit to First Costa Rican Title & Trust S.A.
The seller would then instruct to First Costa Rican Title & Trust, S.A. to prepare and to send you the Purchase Agreement and other documents. You will then have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Purchase Agreement and other documents to review and sign the documents.
Prices Will Increase After this Model Home is Completed - Probably mid-June.
