Upon execution of a Reservation Agreement, the prospective buyer would need to pay to the developer a fully refundable deposit. The deposit structure is based on the type of residence. The structure is as follows:

When the final pricing is complete for the condos and villas, prospective buyers will be contacted in order of date added to the list.
