I regularly receive emails from our VIP Members about how it has been gringo real estate sales people who have been the ones "marking-up" properties for sale to gringo buyers and not Ticos.

In a private email one of our VIP Members wrote to me saying that a gringo in Grecia "openly admitted to marking up some properties which he felt were underpriced" and how he has "rewritten the law of supply and demand to be whatever he chooses to supply at whatever price he demands."

I get bloody angry when I hear about anybody taking advantage of the Costa Rican people or trying to do the same thing with our VIP Members so would you please help us to try and put a stop to this?

Wherever possible, email me the names, email addresses, company names and website addresses of the people involved and I will personally contact the real estate sales people (I can not call them 'professionals') involved by email and we can see what they say to the 19,000+ VIP Members of WeLoveCostaRica.com and we'll ask the attorneys we recommend to give us their opinions ...

We really love Costa Rica and we're just trying to make sure that the Ticos and you - our VIP Members are being treated fairly when you buy Costa Rica real estate.
