One of only 4 units, located in the first floor (up from street level), very secure building. Fantastic floor plan with extra large living room (existing balcony was including in internal living area) and a super TV room. Kitchen with lots of cabinetry, laundry room with maid’s bathroom.

Master bedroom with extension for office, large bathroom with shower and bidet. 2nd bedroom is also very spacious. Both master and this bedroom go out to a small but very useful terrace. A third bedroom is a bit smaller than the 2nd. Large TV room seperates the bedroom area from the living area and offers a 2nd full bathroom.

No elevator in building. Spacious inside parking for two large cars, one behind the other, plus a good sized private storage area. No common amenities are offered in this complex, the reason for the low condo fee.
