    Hi ,

I will be in San Jose next month and need an exam. I am 56 years old and have floaters and more recently flashes in my left eye. I also have a family history of glaucoma- Mother, sister, niece. Can you please let me know if you have an appointment mid June? I will be coming from the virgin islands. Please send me a price list for exam, and procedures.

    Thank you,
